Mixing chamber
The mixing chamber adopts drilling type cooling, which has good cooling effect. Hard alloy surfacing in the mixing chamber, alloy thickness: 4-5mm, Hardness: ≥45HRc, the working surface is hard chromium plated, the thickness of the chromium layer is 0.10-0.15mm.
Rotor
Two-edge high-efficiency rotor, using cast rotor body, the rotor body is hollow, the inner cavity is cooled by water, the rotor.
The top part of the peak and other parts are surfacing with hard alloy. The alloy thickness is 4-5mm. The other working parts are surfacing with cemented carbide.
Strength: 4-5mm, hardness: ≥45HRc. The entire working surface of the rotor is hard chromium plated with a thickness of 0.10-0.15mm.
Unloading and locking device
The discharge and locking device mainly consists of a discharge door, a double rack swing cylinder, a discharge door seat, etc.
