Rod
The material is 40Cr, after medium carbon quenching and tempering, the surface is plated with hard chrome and polished, and the surface hardness reaches HRC55-58.
Heating platen
Heating platens are made of #45 steel plate which is treated by normalizing on the double fixed rule.
