Application :
E structure vulcanizing press is a multi-cylinder configuration, with fast and slow two-stage opening of molds, the introduction of template and flat plate lifting speed functions, these functions are for pressing silicone rubber insulators, arresters, repair of conveyor belt joints, cable joints and rubber dam triangle belt molding operations.

The whole machine is controlled by a PLC programmable controller, the electric heating of the hot plate is controlled separately by thyristors, which can be adjusted separately, the electric control box and the pump station are independently set, and the control system is set to two modes: “auto” and “high test” , Automatic mode, equipped with air release times, mold clamping time (arbitrarily adjustable), automatic pressure compensation function, debugging mode, with electric debugging function, easy to install and debug the mold.
