Application :

This machine consists of pneumatic control system , heating/cooling system, tilting system,rotor,thermal resistance,main driving system,mixing chamber,rotor ,dust stop device , etc . It is used to plasticize , mix and final mix rubber , plastics or blend of plastics and rubber

1. Pneumatic control system is controlled by PLC instruction . A bi-directional air cylinder make the ram up or down , in case that overload occurs in the mixing chamber ,the top ram can be raised automatically or manually if necessary , so as to protect motor from overload

2.Tilting mechanism consists of brake motor , colloidal gear reducer , TP type worm and worm gear etc . It is able to actuate the mixing chamber to title by 140 around the front rotor

3.rotor shaft wing body top and wing corner are welded up with wear resistant alloy . rotor shaft surface ,the mixing chamber inner wall , upper ram surface and other surface connected with stock are hardened or polished and plated with hard chrome , or welded up wear resistant alloy welding , so they are wear resistant and corrosion resistant

4.rotor shaft is of integral structure rotor wing body welded on bored shaft , so it improves the strength and stiffness of the rotor . rotor inner wing body cavity can be put through the cooling water or heating steam

5..mixing chamber is jacket type hollow structure . upper ram is hollow to increase cooling or heating area and the temperature control effect

 6.main driving system consists of main motor ,reducer ,connecting gearbox odd-speed and face to face rotation of rotors is achieved 

7.electrical control system adopts the imported PLC device . All electronic components are imported or introduction technology products , to improve the reliability of the system.

Product Detail:

1. Dispersion Kneader Machine rotor is coated with hard chromium alloy, quenching treatment and polished, (12-15 layers).

2. Dispersion Kneader Machine mixing chamber consists of W-shape body welded with high quality steel plates and two pieces of side plates. The chamber, rotors and piston ram are all jacketed structure for the ingoing of steam, oil and water for heating and cooling to suit the various requirement for the process of mixing and plastication.

3.Dispersion Kneader Machine Motor, reducer adopts hardened tooth surface gear, which has very low noise and can save 20% electricity or power and has a long service life - 20 years.

4. PLC control system adopts Mitsubishi or Omron. Electric parts adopt ABB or US Brand.

5. Hydraulic pressure tilting mechanism with the advantage of fast discharging materials and 140 tilt angle.

6. Chamber is well-sealed by the arc-shaped-plate-groove labyrinth type structure and the shaft end of rotor adopts contact type non-lubricating with spring tightening structure.

7. Temperature is controlled and adjustable by electric control system.

8. Pneumatic system can protect the motor from being damaged due to the overloading of chamber.
