2. Shearing rotor structure has two sides, four sides and six sides. The meshing rotor has wider edges and meshing areas similar to involutes, which improves the dispersion and cooling effect of plastics and improves the quality of the rubber compound.
3. The parts in contact with the rubber are cooled by water circulation, and the cooling area is large. The water temperature adjustment system can be equipped to adjust the temperature of the rubber to control the temperature of the rubber to ensure the quality of the rubber.
4. The control system uses PLC with manual and automatic functions. It is convenient to switch, can realize the control of time and temperature, and has perfect model detection, feedback and safety protection.
