Belt vulcanizing press is suitable for vulcanizing common rubber conveyor belt, nylon conveyor belt / PVG conveyor belt, steel wire conveyor belt and other fabric core parallel tapes.
The mainframe is a frame-type structure. Both the hot plate and the plunger are made of high-quality materials.
The machining is precise, not easy to wear, not easy to corrode, easy to maintain, stable working pressure, and easy to adjust.
Adopting PLC control, the vulcanization process can realize multi-program automatic control, which can automatically detect and adjust the temperature of the hot plate, which improves the control level of the flat vulcanizing unit, reduces labor intensity and improves production efficiency.
