Application :

Banbury mixer is used for mixing or compounding rubber and plastics. The mixer consists of two rotating spiral-shaped rotors encased in segments of cylindrical housings. The rotors may be cored for circulation of heating or cooling.

It has reasonable design, advanced structure, high manufacturing quality, reliable operation and long service life. It's suitable for tire and rubber industries insulating material and cable industries to plasticization, master-batch and final mixing, especially for mixing of radial tire compound.

Product Detail:

1. The optimized design of the shearing and meshing rotor can meet the different designs, different formulas and different process requirements of users.

2. Shearing rotor structure has two sides, four sides and six sides. The meshing rotor has wider edges and meshing areas similar to involutes, which improves the dispersion and cooling effect of plastics and improves the quality of the rubber compound.

3. The parts in contact with the rubber are cooled by water circulation, and the cooling area is large. The water temperature adjustment system can be equipped to adjust the temperature of the rubber to control the temperature of the rubber to ensure the quality of the rubber.

4. The control system uses PLC with manual and automatic functions. It is convenient to switch, can realize the control of time and temperature, and has perfect model detection, feedback and safety protection. It can more effectively control the quality of rubber mixing, shorten the auxiliary time and reduce labor intensity.

5. The modular design is mainly composed of feeding device, body and base, which is suitable for different installation sites and convenient for maintenance.
